As the UX/UI Designer and Developer in my role as Development Engineer, I spearheaded efforts to improve Customer Service by enhancing the app's UX/UI, resulting in a more user-friendly and intuitive interface. I also played a key role in streamlining the Campaign Wizards, making it easier for customers to complete tasks efficiently. Leveraging JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, and Ruby on Rails, I designed and developed new features and services like PBX, E-commerce, Webhook Integration, Web Chat, Messaging Center, and Campaign Wizards, aligning projects with user needs and business goals. My contribution included conducting user research, testing, and creating interactive prototypes for stakeholder demonstrations and software development.

During my internship at OurRoots, I actively collaborated in developing free software for family history societies and genealogists. My primary focus as a Front End Web Developer was on building efficient search functions using technologies like React, Typescript, HTML, CSS, and Material-UI. The resulting visually appealing design, supported by Material-UI, significantly enhanced the user experience. Alongside my contribution to front-end features, I ensured cross-browser compatibility, delivering high-quality, user-friendly features for a more engaging platform.

In my role as a Department Management Analyst II at San Bernardino County, Special Districts, I played a vital part in developing and implementing standard operating procedures for SAP and Clover®, ensuring consistent and accurate processes within the fiscal and operation services department. My responsibilities extended to performing a diverse range of administrative, fiscal, and analytical functions to support departmental activities, projects, and external audits. My effective management of the Project Management Tracking Work-list, overseeing budget updates, expense tracking, and project status monitoring, was instrumental in facilitating efficient project management. I demonstrated strong collaboration skills while working with cross-functional teams, contributing to a seamless workflow and maintaining accurate financial records.

As a Sales Executive at Hecny Group, I assumed a pivotal role in directing the growth of existing customer relationships and expanding international and domestic coverage by implementing innovative services and logistic strategies to support customers' expansion and ventures. My expertise extended to providing comprehensive customer service, handling crucial aspects like booking confirmation, shipping documentation, customs clearance, tracking, and swift issue resolution for high-margin accounts. My resourcefulness and adaptability in fast-paced environments proved invaluable when managing various crises, including port and factory strikes, typhoons, and time-sensitive advertisement commitments, ensuring customer satisfaction and business continuity.
